Step 1: Access BGP 2.0
- You need a Corppass account to access BGP 2.0. Get your Corppass administrator to create an account for you. Find out more here.
- Login to BGP 2.0 using your Corppass details.

Step 2: Fill in Company Details
- Input details such as your company description, group employment size, and annual sales turnover.
- Attach mandatory supporting documents. These include your latest financial statements (within 18 months), and entity registration documents (within 6 months) for all corporate shareholders and/ or overseas entity(s) of the application for which intern(s) will be posted to.

Step 3: Fill in Student and Internship Details
- Input student and internship details such as student name, job function and internship dates.
- Attach mandatory supporting documents for each intern. These include the placement letter/email from institution, the internship training plan and student’s NRIC.
- The placement letter/email from institution should include the following details:
- Company name
- Name of intern(s)
- Faculty of the intern(s)
- Intern's masked NRIC (e.g. SXXXX123A)
- Internship start and end dates
- That the internship will be done on a full-time basis, with explicit mention of the working hours (i.e. at least 35 hours per week)
If your internship application is approved, you will receive a notification email.
- The Letter of Offer (LOF) should be accepted before the start of the internship.
- Log in to BGP 2.0 and accept the LOF if you are agreeable to the terms and conditions of the internship offer.
- Inform your interns in advance that they would need to complete an online student internship feedback form by the end of the internship.
Companies can only submit 1 claim for all students within the application, within 6 months from the latest internship end date. No extension of the claim deadline is allowed. All students must complete the online student internship feedback form before companies submit the claim on BGP 2.0.

Step 2: Fill in Claim Details
- Input details such as total stipend paid by company to student, and company’s feedback on the internship.
- Attach mandatory supporting documents for each intern. These include payslip(s) for the entire internship period, a bank statement for the last month of the internship (either company or intern bank statement are accepted), and claim form(s)

Step 3: Monitor claim statusYou will be notified if clarification is needed and/or you need to provide additional supporting documents.
