SME Pro-Enterprise Office
The SME Pro-Enterprise Office (“SME PEO”) is established under Enterprise Singapore.
The SME PEO will work with Government agencies to streamline regulatory processes and reduce compliance burden, enabling enterprises to capture business opportunities. In doing so, the SME PEO will:
- Triage and direct regulatory feedback received from businesses to relevant Government agencies for review;
- Establish and track Whole-of-Government case management service standards on regulatory issues; and
- Analyse the enquiries and feedback received, monitor resolution outcomes and identify systemic regulatory issues.
Agreement – Terms
SME PEO will help you obtain responses to the regulatory enquiry and/or feedback that you submit to us (the “Services”). After you submit your enquiry and/or feedback, we will conduct preliminary assessments and direct your enquiry and/or feedback to the relevant Government agencies for their responses.
In using the Services, you agree to be bound by:
- the SME Pro-Enterprise Office Terms of Service; and
- the SME Pro-Enterprise Office Privacy Statement.
Your use of our Services are governed by the terms and conditions below ("Terms"). If you are not comfortable with any of these Terms, we advise you not to use our Services. Please use our Services only if you can accept these Terms.
In these Terms, the words "we", "our" and "us" refer to the SME PEO or Enterprise Singapore, as applicable.
